Refunds and Returns

Due to the fact that most of the items we sell are custom made to order, any returns will be subject to approval by B3T on a case by case basis.Please note that any returns that are not defective product are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Shipping

We use our vendors carriers of choice. The amount is determined on an order by order basis based on the size and shape of the box(es) and if the shipment needs to go LTL or standard ground freight. Expedited shipping options are available in some cases at an additional expense. 

Cancellation policy

Once an order has been placed and a shipping date confirmed by the vendor, cancelling an order is unavailable, unless an extreme extenuating circumstance is in play. All cancellation requests must be made in writing to your primary representative.
